I am Jack, a babyboomer from 1946, a husband, father of two daughters, and grandfather of five grandchildren in their 20s. I am naturally curious and love solving complex problems for people or organizations.
I grew up with the ever-increasing possibilities and power of information- and communication technology (since 1971 !) and how to apply this to improve the performance of organizations and make life easier for people. I made a corporate career of it in the financial-, logistics-, and telecom industries.

InnoMotion Partners was a five-partner management consultancy firm focusing on helping corporations innovate their organization and internal processes. The strategic change projects we developed and implemented led to more accurate and efficient processes, which enabled companies to perform better in growth, output, quality, and financial results. This grew in a short time into a 6-figure business that sustained until the five partners retired in 2007.

My holding company of InnoMotion Partners bv started a villa development project in North Bali in 2000. This villa development project stopped temporarily in 2010. However, in 2007, we also started renting out villas, and in 2015, I established created the rental villa compound Gunung Paradis Retreat, a holiday retreat for relaxing holidays and themed groups. Unfortunately, the pandemic forced us to pause this business from 2020 to mid-2022. After starting up again, we grow strongly again.

This spin-off company resulted from learning about internet marketing for our villa rental business. The company focuses on developing content for the online marketing campaigns for our rental business and the separate affiliate marketing business.
We plan to generate content for the health and longevity niche soon. We also develop web-based knowledge and education HUBs to host niche communities.
